We, members of DEBOUT PEUPLE CONGOLAIS, DCP in short, organization from the Democratic Republic of Congo ( DRC), based in the UK, fully support the request made on 5 June 2010 by Mrs Marie-Thérèse NLANDU, Human Rights lawyer, to the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) 

 

 

As the office of the Prosecutor acknowledged the request on 20 July 2010,

 

We, hereby,

 

- 1. Petition the prosecutor of the ICC to open the said investigation.

- 2. Appeal to men and women of good will worldwide to sign the petition in order to bring an end to impunity in the DR Congo.

Le Bureau du Procureur ayant, en date du 20 juillet 2010,  reconnu avoir reçu ladite requête,

 

Nous, par la présente pétition,

 

1. Demandons à Monsieur le Procureur près la CPI, une ouverture d'enquête criminelle à charge des précités;

2. Faisons vibrant appel aux hommes et femmes de bonne volonté à travers le monde de signer cette pétition en vue de combattre l'impunité en République Démocratique du Congo.
